Overview

This is a personal portfolio site (rtstic.dev). This policy explains what data is collected when you visit, why, and how it's handled. If you have questions, reach out at raimon@rtstic.dev.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, general location, device type). This data is anonymized and not tied to your identity — no cookies are used for this tracking, and no personal data is collected or sold.

Country detection

A cookie is used to detect your general country of origin, to show or hide certain content (such as location-specific navigation items). This is not used for tracking or shared with third parties.

AI chat feature

The chat feature on this site (rtstic.dev/chat) lets you ask questions and receive AI-generated responses about my work and experience. Here's what happens when you use it:

• Messages you send are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate a response. Message content is sent to that provider for this purpose.
• Conversations are not linked to your name or identity unless you voluntarily include that information in a message.
• Basic rate limiting is applied per IP address to prevent abuse; this data is used only for that purpose and is not retained long-term.
• Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information (financial details, passwords, health information, etc.) in the chat, as it is not designed to securely handle that kind of data.

Cookies

Aside from the country-detection cookie mentioned above, this site does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, it is respected where technically applicable.

Third parties

This site is hosted on Cloudflare and relies on a small number of third-party services (analytics, AI provider, database infrastructure) to function. Each operates under its own privacy policy, and data shared with them is limited to what's necessary for the site to work.

Your rights

You can request details on what data (if any) is associated with your visits, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing raimon@rtstic.dev.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated occasionally as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
